Bookings cancelled or postponed more than 14 days before the confirmed date of attendance will receive a full refund or an alternative date may be selected with no penalty.

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the date of attendance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of date of attendance will not be eligible for a refund.

Changes to the date of your booking: If you would like to make a change to the date of your booking, we ask that you do so more than 14 days ahead of your event. Any changes made within 14 days of the event will be subject to a 50% penalty and any changes made within 7 days will need to be cancelled (with no refund) and re-booked. We apologise for any inconvenience but as a small business, we need time to be able to re-sell the spaces at these intimate events.
