Limited Edition Spiced Damson Gin

Description

Our Limited Edition Spiced Damson Gin is back.  Only a small batch of 420 bottles has been made in Pauline, one of our four copper alembic stills at The Henley Distillery.  Only available directly from us either online, at the distillery or as we are out and about at various local markets.

 

The festive gin base is first distilled, heated over open flame with cinnamon, ginger, orange peel and nutmeg before being steeped with a local damson syrup made by Jacob’s mother Terry.

 

This beautifully plummy tipple has damson sharpness and a jammy sweetness heightened by the winter spices.

 

This gin can be served neat or pairs perfectly with ice and a chilled, neutral tonic.

 

50cl bottles.  42% ABV.
