Gingerbread Gin
Distilled in ‘Daisy’, one of our four 300l copper alembic stills, our Gingerbread Gin is the very definition of a limited edition as Jacob has only made one batch of 420 bottles and once they’re gone, they’re gone!
Tasting notes: Warming, mouth-filling and inviting. Initial sweetness of cinnamon and a hint of zesty orange gives way to a tempting firey ginger which lingers deep into the finish.
